Office building near University of Miami sells for $15M

The Miami-based developer said it acquired the 58,514-square-foot office building at 770 S. Dixie Highway from Steiner Management Services, an affiliate of One Spa World.
One Spa World is the building’s main tenant and the operator of spa, salon and wellness facilities on cruise ships. It signed a long-term lease for the building to remain its headquarters.
