Broward office building sells for $18M

An office building in the Sawgrass International Corporate Park in Sunrise sold for $18.05 million.
Sawgrass Office LLC, managed by Camila Abuawad Aviles in Surfside, sold the 65,933-square-foot office building at 1391 N.W. 136th Ave. to Sawgrass Office Pointe LLC, an affiliate of Miami-based Midtown Capital Partners. RGA Reinsurance Co. provided a $9.03 million mortgage to the buyer.
